  • All requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery

  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
