Quab, which means “dream” in Hindi, is the embodiment of a vision that spans generations. Founded by Nupur Mohanty, the brand is deeply rooted in traditional Indian fabrics, blended with modern, accessible designs. The idea for Quab came from Nupur’s Nani (maternal grandmother), who dreamed of creating a fashion house that would celebrate the beauty of these textiles in a way that felt relevant for today’s world.
Growing up in Dubai, Nupur often felt disconnected from her Indian roots. But through the fabrics her grandmother cherished, she discovered a way to reconnect with her heritage. Quab’s designs are for those who, like Nupur, value tradition but also crave something stylish and unique.
